The Journey Within women’s group began with women connecting. It is not your usual women’s networking because this is not about business for women so much as women’s business.
I was going through business cards one Sunday over coffee – sorting into contact, keep or cull. Many of us were about empowering women – mostly through different paths but with that one common goal. One was Victoria of Postcards from Millie, who thankfully went into the contact pile!
Although I had nothing specific to say and am shy at creating connection I chanced it and emailed. An email came back about creating a network. From there a meeting, our first meet and now Women Journeying.
We want you to be inspired, to feel the joy of real connections, to share, to support, to love, to laugh and even cry! So we are looking outside the square for speakers, stories, women to interview and other great things for you. The Women Journeying Forum is your place to be with others like you, free to share, to think, to write and even drop your bags and leave them behind, when you need to.
